What should you wear?

What to wear and what to expect. When it comes to treating my patients it is imperative they feel completely comfortable before and during the actual treatment itself. I ask all my patients to come wearing appropriate clothing ie sports bras, vests, running leggings, shorts etc. There is a changing screen area available and appropriate gowns and towels will be provided before and during treatment if necessary.

Can I bring a relative or a friend? Yes – if you prefer, you can have either a friend or relative present throughout your consultation and/or treatment.

Does the treatment hurt? Some soft tissue techniques may cause discomfort during and after treatment, I will always tell you what to expect. You may feel stiff or sore after you have received treatment. This is a completely normal and healthy response to treatment.

How many treatments will I need? The number of treatments you require depends on the condition I am treating, I aim to keep all appointments to an absolute minimum but normally 4-6 treatments are enough.
