Elbow, Wrist & Hand Pain

Elbow, wrist and hand pain can often be the result of wear and tear leading to arthritis, repetitive strain injuries or carpel tunnel syndrome. Sporting injuries are another common cause such as lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) this is one of the most common injuries I see relating to the elbow and alongside specific deep tissue work along the muscle responsible (extensor carpi radialis brevis) it is advisable to use the R.I.C.E. approach ( Rest, Ice and Compression) Elevation not so important here. It would also be very useful to purchase a strap such as this one from amazon. Tennis/golfers elbow strap.
